Mission

Canal Sugar is an integrated Agro-industrial cooperation incorporating reclamation and cultivation of 181,000 acres of land (c.76,000 hectare / 790 square kilometers) and partnering up with over 6000 farmers, making it the largest agricultural project in Egypt since 1952, in addition to building and operating the world’s biggest sugar beet processing plant with an annual production capacity 900,000 m3 tons of a premium white sugar.
