Michael is a British citizen, married with 2 children who are currently resident in Egypt. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, he has over than 35 years of Project Management experience in the Oil and Gas sector with BP, SHELL, TechnipFMC, Addax Petroleum, Leighton Offshore.

Michael is a performance driven professional Project Director in the upstream/midstream oil and gas sector with extensive International experience working with diverse cultures in developing countries. He has a track record in the FEED/EPC/PMC management of multi-disciplinary teams with the ability to coach and mentor project personnel.

He possesses a strong business acumen with good stakeholder management and sensitive cultural awareness on projects. A highly ethical team player and excellent communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships for business and project success. He is strongly committed to the exacting standards of project construction safety and safeguarding the environment to ensure technical and environmental standards are upheld during all phases of the project lifecycle.
